Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered vpkr account holder — are strictly prohibited. vpkr reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your vpkr account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. vpkr aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification checks required.
vpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern relative to the player's typical account activity.
vpkr maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with its international gaming licence requirements. vpkr will not process withdrawals to any payment method not previously used for a deposit on the account. If vpkr has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds associated with an account are connected to unlawful activity, it will suspend the account and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. vpkr does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, vpkr's system will attempt to complete the round in progress using the last valid game state recorded on the server. vpkr is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's internet connection or device.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or transaction, the player must contact vpkr support within 30 days of the event in question. vpkr's records of all game outcomes and transactions are the authoritative record and shall be used to resolve disputes. vpkr's decision is final in all matters relating to game outcomes and bet settlements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vpkr platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:
All content available on the vpkr platform — including but not limited to the vpkr name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of vpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vpkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the vpkr platform without vpkr's prior written consent.
vpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering on vpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vpkr employs industry-standard SSL encryption across all platform communications and transactions. Your personal and financial data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. vpkr may share data with its licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by its gaming licence obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vpkr excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the vpkr platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes vpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. vpkr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated wagering-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances attributable to genuine deposits will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, net of any amounts recoverable by vpkr, following the completion of any outstanding investigations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through vpkr's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.
